Free is a real product, not a trial — all seven apps, no time limit, no card. Pro lifts every ceiling for the price of a coffee a month.
Credits are counted from what the model actually reports using, not estimated, and they reset on the 1st. Run out and you can top up, or switch the assistant to your own key for the rest of the month.
A seat frees up about two days after a machine stops being used, or immediately when someone signs out. Type any number from 3 to 500 — talk to us if you need more.
Prices are shown before GST — Australian customers are charged 10% on top at checkout, so A$10 a month bills as A$11. Pay with the same email address you sign into Sassy Suite with — that is what your licence attaches to, and a mismatch leaves you on the free tier. There is no licence key to enter any more: sign in and Pro appears.
Yes, and it isn't crippled. Every app works, every file format exports, and it runs offline. The free tier shows ads in the unused space beside your document. Pro removes them.
Nothing. They're files on your computer in standard formats, and they stay readable whether or not you hold a licence. A lapsed subscription drops you to the free tier — it doesn't lock your work away.
The free tier and one-off licences work entirely offline. A monthly subscription checks in roughly once a month to confirm it's still active; if you're offline when that happens it keeps working and tries again later.
Yes. Your licence is tied to your email address, not to a machine. Install Sassy Suite on the new computer, sign in with the same address, and enter your key.
Windows 10 and 11. Nothing else needs installing — no runtime, no framework, no dependencies.
Yes. If it isn't what you expected, email within 30 days of purchase and you'll be refunded in full. There's no form to fill in.
Email us and it's cancelled, or use the link on your Stripe receipt. You keep Pro until the period you've paid for runs out.
